Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both the captain and member of the 2012 Fierce Five and the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. In 2012, she was awarded gold at the team events along with in the floor routines. When it came to the balance beam she received a bronze. She was an elite American to earn the most medals at an Olympics. At the 2016 Olympics she won a gold medal at the team event, which gave her and teammate Gabby Douglas the honour of being the first Americans to earn back-to-back team golds. Silver medals were also awarded for the all-around competition as well as floor workouts. The three years that passed between her Olympic Games she was off. The gold medal she won for the American team also took part in twice at World Championships. Her first experience with gymnastics began at the age 2 and her favorite event is floor exercise. Aly has joined in the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in honour of her deceased grandma. She plans to pursue one in the fashion industry and wants to develop her leotard line and socks in future. Fierce is a novel she's currently working on, will be released later in the year.
